How it works!

It is really important that you feel comfortable leaving your cat with me, so before you make

that decision we can meet face to face both for yours and your cats benefit!

Initial Meeting.

I realise that entrusting a stranger into your home to look after your precious cat may cause you to feel a bit anxious and to be a little apprehensive. The initial meeting will give me the chance to alleviate any worries you may have and also allow me to interact with your cat whilst you are present. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my cat sitting services, and it's also a chance for me to gain familiarity with your cat and home routine.

Booking the service.

If you are happy to use me, it is simply a question of booking the time you need and choosing which package you'd like to use.

Keys

Most of my clients leave their keys with me in case of any last minute trips or for those that need me frequently, if not then keys can be dropped off with me or left in a key box/safe space for me to pick up on my first visit. You can rest assured that your keys will be kept safe during the time we are looking after your cat, but do please make sure you have tested them if they are new copies and that no-one else needs the same copy whilst I am taking care of your cat. If you are a new customer, I ask that the spare key is available for me to take with me after our initial meeting.

Whilst you're away, I'll send you regular updates on how your fur babies are doing to give you peace of mind.
