I love cats! Seriously, I love everything about them! I don't just love watching them play, seeing their unique personalities come

out on a day to day basis, hearing them talk as they do to their humans when they want something or hearing them purr with contentment. I love watching and recognising their behaviour too. Cats, (as any other pet) are so much more than just a pet! So I feel that Cat Sitting is the natural thing for me to do!

Anyone who has had a cat around knows that somehow, they make a home feel more relaxed and peaceful (when they've not got the zoomies or are delivering you gifts!). Cats are extremely receptive to the emotional state of their owner and seem to have an instinctive wisdom that helps calm and comfort us when we need it, so it's no surprise that a cats purr is linked to positive mental benefits for their human companions. If you have ever heard of vibrational therapies, it is believed that the frequency of a cats purr works in a similar way!

Cats instinctively know when we are going away, you can often tell by a small change in their behaviour, and they will probably recognise your suitcase anyway! Mine would be almost aloof with me a few days before I would go away (despite hiding the suitcase!) then they would ignore me for a day or so when I got back to let me know they didn't approve, but I would always be forgiven!

I aim to help ease any stress your cat might feel about your being away, and reassure them - and you - that

whilst you are away they will be loved, looked after and in some of the most caring hands during your absence.
